4 ways to Feel Energy Shifts and Spirit Presence

1)The first one is Thru Energy Shifts

There are different ways in which you can feel spirits communicate Since my teens, I began to sense the energy of spirits. But during those years what I felt most of the time was an energy shift and a presence. I couldn’t explain it, but I had the sensation that someone was observing me. It felt as if a pair of eyes were watching me from the wall.  I sensed an energy shift, perceiving it as either positive or negative.

The negative energies caused fear and confusion, preventing me from fully understanding my experience.  I stayed in this state or sent energy shifts for a long time, but sometimes I cannot explain it , these shifts would prompt me to start writing, or start looking for answers, one time I found myself looking for names in the phonebook (what was called the yellow pages back then).

2) You can feel Energy Shifts and Spirit via Symbols

In my twenties, I began meditating and started noticing symbols.  The first full symbol I saw during meditation was a pair of blue ladders, at the very end was the sun, I cannot explain but it felt magical, as if I were climbing up to something and reaching for the sun, could that symbol have meant enlightening, or reach for a goal, or the answer is found at the end? I could have meant many things but that is all I could get at the time and moment. 

Sometimes the symbol can have different meanings, but I have noticed for me different symbols are shown as if to show me something that I can relate to that I can also use to interpret during the reading.  Over the years, I’ve observed various symbols appearing when I’m searching for deeper answers.  Once, I was unsure about a decision and saw a golden pen with a diamond-like glitter at the end.  I felt I was prompted to write.  The symbol stands out, occupying your mind as if trying to convey a message.

3)You can feel Energy Shifts and Spirit Thru Writing

My first experience with automatic writing, I had read somewhere that a way in which spirits can communicate to us is by writing, is began using this as a tool whenever I felt energy around, I would ask questions as just let then pen be guided, while I write I feel a cold air approach my hand as if influencing what I write, I say that this is a tool because it helps me bring awareness to the fact that I can use this as a point of focus to let the energy and spirit convey the message they want to convey, as that is why some people call it guided writing.

I would then go back and read what I wrote and I could not understand how all that information came out of me, specially as such fast speed,  it is not only with pen and paper but also typing, many times in the middle of the night I have found myself writing text messages as spirt is coming thru, it is the best was for me to focus and write the message down as sometimes it simply comes too fast.

4)You can feel Energy Shifts and Spirit Spoken Sentence

The first time I heard a spirit speak to me in full sentences I truly felt that I was going nuts, I remember vividly it was the middle of the night, I felt unsettled.  I couldn’t relax. I wasn’t seeking a spiritual experience, but it occurred when everything was quiet and relaxed, making messages easier to hear.   And I heard a full sentence, “Twins that drowned, twins that drowned , twins that drowned”  it would just repeat itself over and over , and then the next sentence was , their names start with A and V, A and V, A and V.

  From there onwards I asked questions and they were answered , in full sentences about their ages, and circumstances of their passing.  I was honestly in disbelief and questioned myself.   I couldn’t believe this happened.  Their voices were quiet, and they exhibited a calm demeanor. They recognized that I was aware of their presence and wished to discuss themselves.
