The practice of mindfulness helps you deepen personal reflection and explore issues or challenges while developing compassion and kindness for yourself. I will guide you on mindfulness as a form of self-care, which can lead to a significant reduction in anxiety, a deeper understanding of your own intuition, answers to your questions, and a fuller, more joyful life.
