These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation of psychic readers (“Reader”, “You”) on the Insight Psychics platform (“Insight Psychics”, “We”, “Us”). By applying to join, being accepted, or providing services on Insight Psychics, You agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of Insight Psychics
Insight Psychics is a hosting platform that connects independent psychic readers with clients seeking intuitive, spiritual, and metaphysical guidance. Insight Psychics does not employ Readers, guarantee income, or provide professional licensing.
All Readers operate as independent contractors responsible for their own business practices, legal compliance, and professional conduct.
2. Ownership of Content
All written, visual, audio, and digital content submitted, uploaded, typed, spoken, or otherwise provided by the Reader on the Insight Psychics platform—including but not limited to profiles, bios, descriptions, session summaries, blogs, messages, and educational materials—becomes the exclusive property of Insight Psychics.
Readers agree that:
- All provided content may be used, edited, displayed, stored, or repurposed by Insight Psychics.
- Insight Psychics retains perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free ownership of said content.
- Readers waive any claim to copyright, authorship rights, or ownership once content is submitted to the platform.
3. Reader Responsibilities
Readers agree to:
- Provide accurate and ethical spiritual guidance.
- Maintain professionalism in all client interactions.
- Abide by all platform rules, updates, and communication standards.
- Ensure that no harmful, defamatory, or illegal claims are made.
- Refrain from giving medical, legal, or financial advice.
- Refrain from offering magical or curse-removing services.
4. Platform Limitations
Insight Psychics:
- Is a hosting service, not an employer.
- Does not guarantee clients, income, or platform visibility.
- Is not liable for Reader actions, statements, or interactions.
- May suspend or terminate Reader access at any time for violations of these Terms.
5. Payments & Fees
- Readers are operating their own businesses through our co-op site and are required to have a professional plan through Appointlet.com, and are responsible for having services and hours set up and ready for booking.
- Readers are responsible for setting their own rates and services.
- Readers are responsible for taxes and financial reporting.
6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Readers agree to:
- Protect client privacy.
- Keep all session information confidential.
- Follow all platform policies regarding data handling.
7. Termination
Insight Psychics may remove or suspend a Reader for:
- Violating any platform policy.
- Unprofessional conduct.
- Fraudulent or misleading practices.
- Any behavior deemed harmful to clients or the platform.
- Offering any services related to magic spells or curse removals.
Readers may request account closure by contacting support and cancelling their subscriptions through PayPal. There are no refunds for partial months. Subscriptions will end at the end of the current subscription period once cancelled.
8. Disclaimers
Readers acknowledge and agree that:
- Insight Psychics provides services “as‑is” without guarantees.
- All psychic services are for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes.
- Insight Psychics is not responsible for client behavior, outcomes, or disputes.
9. Updates to Terms
Insight Psychics may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all updates.
10. Acceptance
By serving as a Reader on Insight Psychics, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
