When I think of how can I raise my vibration, I think of the movie Miss Congeniality! In it, the contestants smile their best beauty queen smiles and proclaim that what they want in this life is “World Peace.” That always makes me laugh and say, “Me, too!!” However, we don’t have to search for it. That “world peace” is available all day, every day. All we have to do is find a way to clear all the emotional, mental and energetic barriers that keep us from connecting to our true inner selves. Those inner selves are connected to our higher selves which are connected to all the love that beams at us all the time. All. The. Time!

When your vibration is high, you feel great and full of hope and life. Raising my vibration is one of my daily pursuits. Things like bills and traffic and people can keep me out of that high flying place. To help me and you I’ve come up with 6 things to help raise my vibration that can help us both have a more empowered life.

6 Ways I Raise My Vibration

  1. I raise my vibration by cleansing my energy or energy field

Every interaction we have brings an energy signature. Watching a movie–energy signature. Petting my dog–energy signature. Visiting social media–energy signature.

Those energy signatures, if poor ones, can make you sick. By contrast, good ones can make you healthy, mentally and physically. Cleansing my energy field can raise my vibration and restore balance. How can I do that?

I can meditate.

I can list out loud all the things that I love. (I love my car. I love my house. I love my friends. I love my dog…)

I can use white sage and smudge my area.

I can use incense (like Dragon’s Blood) to change my energy signature.

I can take a salt bath.

I can hug a tree….

You’ve got to experiment to find the things that work best for you. If you find a method that makes you smile, you’ve got your best method.

2. I raise my vibration by setting an intention.

I say out loud where I want to sit. By that I mean that I say where I want to be. I do not say, “I want…” If I do that, I will attract more “want.” I say out loud, “I am…” or “I have…” and “So be it!”

3. I raise my vibration by grounding myself

If your energy is out of wack, you can always hug trees or walk barefoot in the grass. Connecting to the electricity that you are naturally attracted and attached to can very quickly place you in your natural space.

4. I raise my vibration by practicing releasing anything that causes me anxiety

The practice of releasing is always a good practice. The more you are able to release resistance to anything, the better you will feel. An Epsom or Himalayan salt bath can be blissful. Running water in the bath or a shower can always help me release.

A breath exhale that pushes away negative energy can also help. Say anything out loud and push out your breath. This step can remove mental and spiritual buildup

This step removes emotional, mental, and spiritual buildup. What should you say? Anything. And it may change while you are doing it. Go with whatever you feel an impulse to say. And I mean anything.

5. I raise my vibration by picturing myself standing in white light or angelic light

Especially after you push out or release energy, you should replace it with positive. I often think of Harry Potter and the way people would give him chocolate after he experienced a particularly challenging event. Chocolate always brings me happiness. So, finding a way to bring white light to yourself is always a great practice. Picture yourself bathing in it.

6. I raise my vibration by listening to music and motivational speakers

I love songs that make me want to cry from happiness. You know those songs…the ones that transport you to another place. I have a list on Youtube that I can play at any time to boost my mood and vibration

The self-care of cleansing your energy is a must. The alignment that comes with it brings you back to your higher self. When you fill your space with light, you can’t help but release what doesn’t serve you. These six ways that I raise my vibration can bring confidence and a renewed sense of calm.
