5 Easy Steps to Hearing Spirit Guides

Those experiences of seeing and hearing specific words are not a coincidence. Those experiences are you hearing Spirit Guides who are flowing with the frequency you are on.
They love you, and they love to interact with you. Therefore, they will use whatever is around you to communicate with you, if you will only pay attention. Plus, they will teach you how to communicate with them.
At times, they send verbal messages to encourage you. Other times, they are trying to guide you to a path. They will let you know if you are stuck in a limited belief. They will answer questions. They will let you know you are not alone.
The day my husband passed away, I had no idea it was quite so imminent. However, I kept seeing triple numbers of various kinds in rapid succession. I saw the time 11:11. The gas station had a sign that I passed on the way to the drugstore, and it showed $3.33. When I arrived at the drugstore, it was 1:11. I looked at my phone the moment he passed, and it was 3:33. What do you do next when you are hearing Spirit Guides?
Particularly, what do you do when you are getting word messages?
- Acknowledge that you hear your Spirit Guides..
Speak out loud or just in your mind, “I see your message. Thank you.” Then ask yourself, “What kind of message is this? Is this a warning, encouragement, acknowledgement, or reassurance?
- Write down the message.
Many times, I have gone back to notebooks where I wrote down messages from my Spirit Guides, and I felt such joy. In a way, looking back was another way my guides could send a message. Writing it down helps you track how you have conversations with them. Over time, it really does help.
- What were you feeling?
When you saw or heard the message, what were your emotions? Were you happy? Your guides were celebrating your happiness with you. Were you sad? They were letting you know you were not alone, and they saw you. Were you angry? They were letting you know you are not a victim, and it is going to be okay.
Spirit guides will align with whatever you are feeling. They want to keep you from getting stuck. They will do whatever it takes to guide or encourage you forward.

It is perfectly fine to ask them to send another sign. They will. They want to encourage you to communicate easily with them.
Realize, in a way, you are learning a new language. You are learning to speak from your heart language, not your mind language. That takes time, just as does any other language.
5. Don’t cheat yourself
Finally, realize that you need to try to love yourself just as your Spirit Guides love you…and they do, so very much. Encourage yourself to see the messages and don’t cheat yourself out of them. Don’t let your ego tell you that your imagination is creating the messages. All of them can’t be just your imagination.
