Free Astrology Reading: 5 Ways to Make the Most of It
Free Astrology readings are easy to find. Just type “free astrology reading” in the search bar and see the ocean of free readings that come up. The good news is that I have found many are pretty consistent with each other by providing a correct chart. The bad news is that the vast majority of these free astrology readings are lacking depth. You may gain a chart, but most people don’t have the time or energy to interpret the depth of what you are given for free.
That bothered me and got me thinking about how astrology readings could be improved. I love seeing how understanding a natal or birth chart helps people move forward in their lives.
I pondered how to improve my readings in a way that improves what these free astrology readings offer. My thoughts centered around the idea that clients could have a much more fulfilling experience with their chart if they had an opportunity to discuss it. I realized I wanted to go beyond the free astrology readings, but still be affordable. After all, everyone would appreciate insight, whether they can afford it or not.
The first thing I decided was to offer a $20 in-depth astrology chart (we’re talking 30+ pages), and I also decided to offer an opportunity to discuss what you receive. The detailed report is more than sufficient for some, but there are those who only want to talk about what is in their report.
The second thing I decided was to allow someone to bring an astrology chart to me that they had already received, and allow them to better understand it by discussing it with me.
If you do book an astrology reading with an astrologist, there are some ways you can make the most of it, which go far beyond what a free astrology reading offers.
5 Ways to Improve Your Free Astrology Reading
1. Talk to an Astrology Reader and Actively Participate
When you receive a free astrology chart, you may feel overwhelmed with the information. I know I did when I received one many years ago. Dialoging with an astrologer gives you a better reading. You don’t want me or any other astrologer to deliver a monologue because that is the same as you reading your report. A discussion where you tell about yourself, concerning your chart, also teaches me as an astrologer every day. I love learning, and this is your chart and your money. Make me or any other astrologer earn it.
2. Take notes.
Print your chart so you can take notes on it or about it. I promise that my PDF is very detailed, but you may want to write some things down. Even though my astrological readings are in-depth and last 30 minutes, they almost always run longer because we end up having so much fun. As we move through your chart, revelations will occur for you that match life events—very, very fun stuff.
Since my readings are also intuitive, I may tell you things that are not immediately clear to you. Sometimes weeks or months later, a client will say to me how something they wrote down came into focus.
3. Be Open
Since I don’t know you, I or another astrologer may say things or provide you with information that needs to be taken as an objective assessment. Astrology is a road map of our innate gifts and assets. It also does a great job of telling about our areas of improvement, many of which the astrology will show that we came into this life to improve.
An astrology reading should give you insights that make you think. As you walk away from the reading, you will process what is revealed over time. Be prepared to do that. Therefore, if you are not ready to disrupt (good or bad) your spiritual/emotional journey, you probably should wait until you feel ready.
4. Don’t Expect Specific Answers; Expect Clarity.
You have free will. Your astrology chart is an imprint and a roadmap, but you can still make your own choices. I can give you advice on how to proceed best based on your chart; however, that is all it is–advice. No judgment from me will be given because we are all on different paths.
5. The Universe is Always Working to Create Your Best Life.
I am not here to bring fear, so I don’t. An astrologer who makes you scared or upset so you come back to them is (in my opinion) wrong. We astrologers are here to bring light and more life to you. Even if we have to confront a shadow or cringy part of your life, we will do it together to make your life better.
For example, Pluto brings to the forefront those things you need to face. If you face the challenges and lessons, you will evolve, never to be affected by the same challenge again. If, however, you are not ready to grasp Pluto’s lessons, that is fine. Pluto will bring it back again and again until you are prepared.
Realize, you decided to have this particular roadmap. You chose these transits to evolve you. They are not a judgment on you.
Free astrology readings are helpful in that they give you an introduction to who you are and why you function as you do. Yet, if you come away from that free astrology reading with more questions, you may need a more in-depth report and/or an educated astrologer to help you along your path. Please make the most of your reading, because you are worth it.
